The 2011 Nutrient Management Forum in Perth Western Australia presents an exciting opportunity for researchers, managers and practitioners to gain insight into nutrient management research and issues nationally and globally, and to provide a forum for networking.

Over 2 days, we will hear from researchers around Australia and overseas on their work in nutrient management, followed by a one day field trip around the Peel Harvey Catchment area. Extensive breaks within the program will provide opportunities to talk with other researchers to forge possible links, and for knowledge exchange as we tackle the problems of nutrient management globally

Keynote Speakers

The keynote speakers, Dr Andrew Sharpley, Professor Stuart White and Dr Dana Cordell are acknowledged experts in key aspects of nutrient management. Read more about them»


The forum will also include speakers from Australia who are experts in various aspects of nutrient management covering agronomic and environmental areas, including measurement, monitoring, modeling, tools, management practices and standards. A technical tour of the Peel Harvey catchment will be conducted on March 11th dependent on interest from registrants.


If you are interested in making a 20 minute presentation at the forum, a 250 word abstract should be sent to: by the 30th January 2011. Notification of acceptance by 15 February 2011
